The live event will include networking breakfasts, lunches, a cocktail reception, an offsite social activity, and one-on-one partnering meetings. The 1-on-1 business meetings are powered by our innovative AI system that matches attendees with our trusted partners based on interests and business goals.
Q: How can I register for Digital Pharma Engage?
A: Digital Pharma Engage will be an exclusive invitation-only event for executive-level marketing professionals working full-time within a pharmaceutical or biotech company. If you do not receive an invitation from Fierce Pharma Marketing directly, please reach out to us here to apply for an invitation. Please note, all submissions will be reviewed for approval.
Q: If I receive an invite for Digital Pharma Engage what is included within my registration?
A: We’ve got great news. Your FREE registration automatically includes full access to the event including all panels and networking opportunities. All registrants must attend up to 8 one-on-one partnering meetings during the event.
Q: What if my company does not allow me to travel for business? What if I am personally not comfortable attending Digital Pharma Engage live?
A: We appreciate that there are company travel restrictions in place, as well as personal preferences. Unfortunately, Digital Pharma Engage will be an in-person event only as the focus will be on key relationship building and idea sharing that we feel is best suited to a live environment. However, as part of the Fierce Digital Pharma series we do have two upcoming virtual opportunities with our Digital Pharma Innovation Week and Digital Pharma East events.
Q: Will there be costs involved for attending Digital Pharma Engage?
A: While Digital Pharma Engage will be a free event for those who receive an invitation or notification that their application to attend has been approved, attendees are responsible for booking and covering their expenses for travel and hotel accommodations. There is a discounted hotel rate for all attendees though, and all information on that can be accessed here.

Q. What health and safety measures will you be taking at the event?
A: The number one priority at Digital Pharma Engage is the health & safety of all participants. Our team is working with the US GRANT, a Luxury Collection Hotel San Diego on how to provide a safe and secure environment.
Digital Pharma Engage will be a safe and controlled environment where sponsors, attendees, and speakers can interact, conduct meetings, and form meaningful relationships. We want you to know we are taking every step available to create a safe and secure show experience.
Together with local officials and adhering to CDC guidelines, we are also working closely with our vendors to continue to follow a rigorous safety regimen when interacting with our community. Onsite safety measures will be implemented from the moment you step into the venue, including but not limited to:
The local Health Department as well as the CDC strongly recommends that everyone, regardless of vaccination status, wear a mask when indoors in public spaces other than when consuming food and drink

Increased sanitation of high-traffic areas
Q: Do I have to be vaccinated in order to attend?
A: No – but attendees and staff must show proof of a negative Covid-19 test if not fully vaccinated. Approved vaccines include: BioNTech-Pfizer (2 doses), Moderna (2 doses), and Janssen/Johnson & Johnson (1 dose).
Q: What if I test positive for COVID 19 prior to the event, or I am unable to have a vaccine due to being immunocompromised or have other medical reasons?
